If you think about it, your home’s cabinets are its unsung heroes. After all, they need to be durable enough to hold up to years of daily use and beautiful enough to make a great first impression whenever you walk into a room.

And that’s where DuraCraft® comes in! Let’s take a look at why these cabinets, which are a Clayton Built® exclusive, are such a great addition to any kitchen or bathroom.

It’s right there in the name: DuraCraft® cabinets are designed to be more durable than paper-wrapped ones. The PVC-wrapped material means they’re longer-lasting, more scratch resistant and less prone to water damage, especially in high-traffic areas like the kitchen and bathroom. It all comes together for smarter, better construction that’s in it for the long haul.

Now that we’ve looked at how they’re made, let’s talk about their good looks. DuraCraft® cabinets come in a range of colors and styles that are handpicked by our design team to complement our home models. Rustic, farmhouse, modern, traditional or somewhere in between, DuraCraft® cabinets can elevate any style. That includes a wide variety of neutral hues and wood tones, as well as popular blue and green shades. And because DuraCraft® is a Clayton Built® exclusive, we have the flexibility to adapt to these changing trends. Plus, you’ll find smooth or wood grain textures to help add even more visual appeal to any space.

To keep your home’s DuraCraft® cabinets in great shape for years to come, we recommend routine cleaning with scratch polish, furniture polish or soap oil. Use a slightly damp sponge followed by a dry cloth. You’ll want to avoid ammonia, bleach-based products, abrasive cleaners or too much soap and water to help prevent any damage to the cabinet’s surface. And if your cabinets do get wet, dry them as soon as possible.
