Friday Favorite: The Avalyn

The Avalyn’s 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1,600 sq. ft. of space were designed in modern, rustic style. Our design team really placed an emphasis on bringing natural elements into this home and combined those with clean-lined modern design for a fresh, light and grounded aesthetic.

So, what does this modern rustic style really entail? Let’s explore it and more in the Avalyn!

The Living Room

The Avalyn’s living room has an open floor plan that leads into the kitchen and dining room areas of the home. However, convenience isn’t the only positive of this space! Get your first taste of that modern rustic style with the shiplap walls and the coffered ceilings with raw wood detailing. Even the large windows have a beautiful and clean rustic-style trim to match!

The living room also gives you the first glimpse of the beautiful arcadian style floors that flow throughout this home’s floor plan.

The Kitchen

Wooden countertops and white cabinets are a match made in home design heaven. The beautiful stainless-steel appliances also bring in the clean, modern aspect to the farmhouse feel created in this space. Both gorgeous and practical, preparing and serving meals in this space will be a breeze!

The back wall of the kitchen and dining room is lined with five large floor-to-ceiling windows, making this already open floor plan seem like it goes on for miles!

The Primary Bathroom

If you liked the living room and the kitchen of the Avalyn, you are guaranteed to love the primary bathroom, too! Had a long day? Take a relaxing, luxurious dip in the soaker tub! Or maybe you’d rather a hot shower? Well, you can do that too in the large walk-in shower. You get tons of storage space with all the white cabinets underneath the double sink vanity. To top it off, you’ll find shiplap and wood detailing that complements the rest of the home. With the Avalyn bathroom, you’ll feel like you have an in-home spa retreat.
