Customizing your Clayton home

When you choose to buy a Clayton modern manufactured home, you aren’t just picking your floor plan, standard features, and potential upgrades. You can also personalize your new space by choosing options for cabinets and flooring, built-in features and storage, and bathroom and kitchen finishes, depending on the home and location.

In addition to these options, certain home models may also give you the ability to choose from several different floor plan configurations. How much does it cost to customize a Clayton home?

If you’re interested in adding specific features to your home, your home consultant can discuss pricing with you. They will show you the starting price of the home floor plan you choose plus the potential costs of any customization or upgrade options you are considering. Some options may not require extra charges, such as changing cabinet styles, paint colors, and flooring patterns.
