A legacy of homebuilding
Where we started
Clayton’s roots run deep. Tennessee native Jim Clayton founded our business in 1956 when he sold his first home. His son, Kevin, grew up learning the family business and has led us since 1999.
Today, we’ve welcomed people home for 70 years. And we plan to leave a legacy of care and craftsmanship felt by generations to come.
