Clayton Impact - Providing Team Members Paid Volunteer Time

Clayton team members can use paid time off to volunteer at organizations that resonate most with their passions

We will leave the world better than we found it – this is a Clayton value and we take it seriously. Through our social responsibility efforts, Clayton looks to build the communities where our team members and customers work and live.

As of July 2021, Clayton will provide team members with paid time off to volunteer for causes that are meaningful to them through a program named Clayton Impact. Because of Clayton Impact, more than 20,000 team members across the company have the opportunity to make an impact in their community through organizations and initiatives that resonate with them. Every team member who works for Clayton, or any company that’s a part of the Clayton family, can participate in the program.

To kick off the program, team members at the Maryville home office packed over 200 backpacks with school supplies for local children who are in foster care. Clayton, a longtime supporter of Big Brothers, Big Sisters® of East Tennessee, partnered with the nonprofit to deliver the backpacks to the children.

Kevin Clayton spoke to team members during the event and assured everyone they are supported when making a positive impact in the community.
