Clayton Ignite, launched in 2013, offers different programs for leadership and personal development, designed for a variety of roles and experience levels.

Since Ignite’s launch, over 5,400 Clayton team members at all levels have benefited from an Ignite learning experience.
The Ignite Today program is available to all team members at our home office and at Silverton® Mortgage. Sessions are offered in person each quarter, virtually and on-demand. Live sessions are run by Ignite program facilitators and adjunct instructors from across the company. They cover a wide variety of topics, including productivity, emotional intelligence and effective communication.
Designed specifically for first-time and front-line managers, Ignite Gateway introduces emerging leaders to the key fundamentals of effective leadership. The program includes peer-to-peer interaction, a leadership toolkit and customized development plans based on 360-degree feedback from their teams, managers and peers.
Ignite Excel is to help mid-level and experienced managers take their leadership to the next level. Participants also receive 360-degree feedback and one-on-one coaching to create customized development plans. The program includes collaborative learning exercises, as well as practical take-home tools and resources. Launched in 2024, Ignite Excel participants also take part in Ignite Boost, a virtual, instructor-led training that provides the opportunity to reinforce key concepts.
This program aids senior leaders across the company in meeting organizational demands and accelerating company goals. They receive 360-degree feedback, individualized coaching and leadership development plans, and also build a network of supportive leaders across the company to help them continue their development. Additionally, it includes ways to manage energy, stress and health.
