Clayton Unveils New Website with Innovative Customer Tools

New features ground-breaking interactive homebuyer functions and sleek look

MARYVILLE, Tenn., Nov. 10, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Clayton, one of the largest homebuilders of manufactured, modular and site-built houses in America, announced the launch of a redesigned version of its website,, which features a fresh look, interactive tools and helpful content to educate and guide homebuyers during their journey to homeownership.

The new site, designed by Made Movement of Boulder, Colo., has been in the works for almost a year and was created to provide an immersive, user-friendly experience that includes a sleek, modern homepage with beautiful photos and videos as well as enhanced innovative capabilities that allow homebuyers to get inspiration as they explore and dream of their ideal floorplans.

Some of the new website features include:

Experiential media: 3-D walkthroughs and dollhouse views, virtual home tours, high-quality videos and photography that allow homebuyers to interact with their favorite home models online.

LookBook tool: allows visitors to save, or "heart," pictures, videos and articles of their favorite home features, floorplans and exteriors in a personal favorites section to develop ideas for their dream home.

Learn section: full of educational materials to prepare consumers for the homebuying journey and homeownership. It will include helpful blog posts, infographics, articles, tips and checklists.

Dream Home Designer (Coming soon): gives homebuyers the freedom to build their dream house online from the ground up by choosing their favorite floorplans, materials, colors and upgrades. Visitors will get to mix and match room features in real time and then save these preferences to share with their local Home Center when they are ready to begin shopping in person.
