Clayton Oxford Volunteers with Local Partner to Make Lasting Impact

January 14, 2022

Team members from Clayton Oxford, an off-site home building facility with Clayton Home Building Group®, spent the day volunteering with Rebuilding Hope Inc., a Henderson-based nonprofit that makes home repairs for those who have financial barriers or are physically unable to do the repairs themselves.

Five team members spent the day working on Ruth Neill’s home. Ruth is a single mother who needed a new ramp built.

“I’m so proud of our team members who are putting their carpentry skills to work to help families here in our community. So far we have had ten team members help with build projects for Rebuilding Hope and we are excited to see how much we accomplish with them throughout the rest of the year.” - Dan Goodin, Clayton Oxford General Manager.

Team members were able to volunteer as part of the Clayton Impact volunteer time off program. Clayton Impact represents an on-going commitment from Clayton for team members to use their talents to build a better tomorrow in the communities where we live and work.

Clayton Oxford had supported Rebuilding Hope in the past but were able to commit volunteers because of the new program. The first volunteer day was so successful, Dan Goodin and the team decided to have five new team members volunteer with the nonprofit for a day each month for the rest of the year.
