We don’t just make homes, we help to open doors you never thought were possible. That’s why we created the interactive facility tour to show you how we do it.
This question could be answered several ways, but to put it simply, the explanation is transparency.
We don’t want to just tell you that your home is made with strength and durability in mind, we want to show you. And what’s the best way to do that? Well, that my friend is what you might call a “loaded question”!
Through several instances of trial and error, the Clayton team decided it was time to bring state of the art technology to the surface for not only our team members, but for everyone to have access to.
Thus, the interactive facility tour was born! And it is better than we could have ever imagined.
From start to finish, it takes several steps to complete a home. We broke these steps down into five areas your home will travel through in the facility: flooring, framing, cabinet installation, roofing and the final sendoff of your home.
As you scroll down the page, you will see a short description of what goes on at each stage of the building process. Within these stages you will get the option to see this area of the facility in 3D.
Now, this is where it gets cool. Once you have chosen the 3D option, you will be transported into a real active building facility. Through a simple click of your mouse, you can walk to different pinpoints and learn about what our workers use in their day to day building processes and how our homes come together.
At the end of the facility is a transportation area for all completed homes. Although it’s hard for us to say goodbye to another beautiful, durable and sustainable masterpiece… We know that “goodbye” for us means “hello” for you, and that’s what truly matters.
